Damon Earnshaw
Work Background - I will use my building and remodeling background throughout every aspect of your Real Estate process. Not only did I grow up in the building and development business, I also spent over ten years as the CEO of a residential remodeling and building corporation. When my energy and expertise are put to work for you, my walk and talk are backed by trust and confidence.
Life Background - I have spent my entire life in this community and I take great pride in being a part of its recent explosion and development. Work has never been just work to me and if there is one thing that comes through in my personality, it’s the desire to be the best, which means treating each client as my top priority.
Education - I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Kansas State University and I am currently pursing my Masters in Business Administration at Baker University.
Personality - Whether it’s a day filled with touring homes or understanding contracts, you’ll never feel that I am rushing you to a decision. I am very straightforward and will always let you know my thoughts about a particular home or situation. I’m a realtor for one simple reason…the interaction I get with people and homes. 99% of my day is dedicated to meeting with and talking with clients and each of those conversations provide an opportunity to build a new and lasting relationship.
Gwen Plattner
Work Background - Prior to serving the needs of homebuyers & sellers, I spent my time helping people develop and create healthy lifestyles as a dietitian for the Sodexho-Marriott Corporation. Although, my career has changed slightly, my goal at the end of each day remains the same…to help my clients make informed choices that make their lives happier.
Life Background - I grew up in the communities that make up Kansas City and now I am raising my family in those very same communities. I truly understand and appreciate what a neighborhood means to a family. In order to find a house that has the potential to become a home you need someone that not only listens but someone who cares about the little things.
Education - I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Kansas State University.
Personality - I am a very energetic and dedicated person who puts 100% into everything I do; whether it is devoting time to my clients to help them find the home of their dreams or spending time with my family. My enthusiastic approach to life has always helped me in being successful in anything I do!
Mandy Linsin
Work Background: I have been involved in the real estate industry for over seven years, starting in the title industry and then spending the last six years as a real estate agent, servicing buyers and client care coordination. My experience covers working with first time home buyers, listings as well as specialized transactions such as foreclosures and new construction.
Life Background: I am a Kansas City native and cannot imagine living or raising a family in any other part of the country. Real estate is in my genes as both of my parents work in the industry. It was likely inevitable that I would ultimately choose the same career path. I love my hometown and truly want my clients to feel the same way when they find a home in a community that perfect to them.
Personality: I consider myself a life-long cheerleader... I've just learned to channel that energy and enthusiasm into promoting my clients' goals. I am outgoing by nature and it's doubtful that I've ever encountered a stranger, which is an asset in my people-focused approach to real estate. I believe that through encouragement, honesty and passion, I am able to assist my clients and persevere even through those difficult transactions or long showing days.
Cami Jones
Work Background: I have been a real estate professional for over thirteen years. I began my career as a manager of multi-million dollar multi-family properties with a focus on elevating tenant occupancy and enhancing the valuation of the properties for sale. For the past seven years, I have exclusively concentrated my efforts and attention in residential real estate by developing an open and honest communication with all my clients as a means to earn their trust.
Life Background:Growing up in a small town outside of Kansas City, and now living in Overland Park, Kansas, has taught me the value and importance of selecting the right community for each individual or family. I am married with three children, and I understand that it takes more than just a great house in order to find that perfect fit. There are many other factors, including neighborhood amenities, schools and work. I feel truly blessed to have found that perfect fit for my family, and I take great pleasure in helping my clients achieve the same result.
Personality: It will not take you long to discover that I am very social, energetic and constantly on the move. This is all coupled with my dedication and uncompromised effort I exhibit to each client, which in turns develops that essential element of trust. Whether the moment is with family or clients, it receives 100 percent of my attention. I truly have a passions for building lasting relationships with my clients through the real estate experience.
Courtney Burwell
Work Background: Prior to getting my RE license I worked as an account executive for a wholesale lender. Being extremely educated in appraisals and the process of buying and selling homes I decided I wanted to be on a more personal level and help buyers and sellers make informed decisions when purchasing their largest asset.
Life Background: I grew up in central KS and truly appreciate family values. I started working for my Grandpa's oil company in 6th grade where I discovered my love for working. I started taking college courses when I was a junior in high school and went on to The University of Kansas where I went through several majors until marketing won my heart!
Personality: I am a very outgoing hard working individual. I love meeting new people and always give 100% to make sure my clients get the best real estate experience.
